Stuck & Frustrated...
Currently lvl 17, Im Stuck, i want to do a quest but apparently the only 2 quests i can do (fission & underworld) are not available untill the Gods favour Europe again, mind you im an Aussie -.- lolz , that aside i could go help low lvls, farm easy monsters or goto the only arena available & get gangbanged at the spawnsite .. yea so many charge the lowest lvl .. brave eh..
is the only thing for me to do is to go "farm" hunt old mobs untill high enough to do ok in arena ? gahh Anyway im startin to think the game sux & i dont want to. i know there is more out there there has to be .. is there? & where? Ive explored everything upto yaks bend & most from there to d'allessio to temple of ages.. is there something north of yaks besides the mine? is there a way to get to the pvp arena thats far south of ascalon? ive tried exploring down there but doesnt seem to be a way, so much land ive yet to get to :/ Please i need some suggestions, (apart from play new game, thx ahash?) having paid for this i would like to get into it but i seem to be at a dead end.. What can i do now ? theres a 1-10guide , wheres the 10-20 dammit ;p |

You obviously have not completed all of the missions. If you cant explore anymore, go to the last mission town that you have been too (Mission outposts are denoted by the large SHIELD on the map) If you have not completed the mission, there will be NO swords criss crossing behind the shield. Usually when you complete a mission it will bring you to the next part of the story.

If not, or you want to skip the earlier ones, you mention D'Alessio, that is a co op mission. I don't remember where that one transports you to but that will open up a new area of the map if you complete that mission. Don't bother farming for xp, there's no need to if you just go through the co op missions you will get enough xp without ever needing to farm to level up. Hope that helps. |

What me Worry? :D
thx very much chris, You r da Man! (& not much of a spoiler at all , at least now i have Goals & a direction )
yea josh & Kiera ,done all of em with henchies, some parties, Problem was totally missed turn off to snakes gully,:/ dunno how i missed that left at beacons, but ill enjoy making my way to port sledge over the next few days, i couldnt believe that there was nothing for 15-20's , i was beggining to think it was gunna be a few very rough lvls(my first & only time i went to Underworld i died before i spawned.. got to watch for 2mins & was like Woahh, between that & lionsarena well , you guyz understand.. i hope ) .. kind of funny that a quest wouldnt lead me down there tho , maybe they should make one at beacons perch that leads to camp rankor , or maybe i shouldve just looked around better before i posted, well it not easy not knowing any1 ingame & didnt know what else to do , hence posting (got ignored when i asked around ingame ) Oh heres another thought.. If you cant uncustomise items, why do they allow them to be traded? Perhaps a pop-up over the item in trade warns that u cant use/wear particular item. So far ive bought a rune & a staff i couldnt use, & cant help to think others have also , or is this also just another part of "the learning curve" cheers for answering , Stuck & Frustrated? who? You? Nah not me .. Cu ingame Last edited by Stone; Jun 04, 2005 at 08:15 AM // 08:15.. Reason: typos |

uhh just a FYI, you really shouldn't be attempting to get to the southern shiverpeaks yet (down past camp rankor), continue following on with the missions and storyline and it will lead you there, that whole area is filled with lvl 22-24 mobs and can be challenging for a group of 20's,
Even if you did make it down there you wouldn't be able to do the missions yet as you havn't gotten to that point Oh and you should probably wait til your lvl 20 with most of your skills before going into the underworld or fissure :P |

Go back to Beacon's Perch and do the mission to escort the refugees. That will lead you to Kryta, which is the next mission.

erm ive done all that right upto temple of ages... <_<
ive looked at the map above & simply not gone down lornars, since last post ive sat in beacons perch joined miscelleaneous parties & gotten a decent distance with some of them , however im definetly gunna need a party with a good monk all lvl20, to have a good chance at success, Also depends on how smart they are too tho :/ hmm back to sq1 as no one will party me cept low or same lvl so my options are to slowly lvl up on lower mobs & pvp to 20 at this point unless a really nice group of lvl20's would like to invite me for a party to go south...*hinthintnudgenudge* sigh at least now i know there is more so all is not in vein, ill go "farm" lvl20 & hope to hell sum1 will party me for lornars pass :S |

okay now you confused me, can you look at your map and tell us what co op missions you've done? just list them.....You don't need to "farm" to 20. My monk hit 20 and ascended 2 days ago, not done any level farming at all, just done all the co ops and almost all the quests. You're heading the wrong way trying to get south yet. You dont go in that direction until after Ascension.

OK, after D'Alessio Seaboard the next co op you need to do is Divinity Coast...I *think* you get dumped there after doing the D'Alessio mission. Sounds like you've not yet done that co op. Go back there, do that mission and you'll continue with the story.

Going south of Beacon's Perch will do you no good and be incredibly difficult. Your goal should be to reach the desert and carry on with missions there and to ascend. After you've done all the missions there, it'll take you to the south shiverpeaks.

Anyway, what you need to do is just go from mission to mission - if you end up in a town after a mission (that doesn't have the Cooperative Mission text when you enter) there will be a quest in that town that will have an arrow to the next one. If you follow that, then you won't get lost and will eventually end up in the Desert, where you need to do three missions, then beat your mirror image and boom! level 20 THEN you end up in the Southern Shiverpeaks - Trying to get to them at level 17 is futile. |
